Experience
In their own words
Max was the primary architect behind the effort to establish a scalable SCADA platform across Tesla’s manufacturing operations. He and his team worked directly with production leadership across the various manufacturing organizations to understand what the factories actually needed from SCADA. From there, they developed standards, reusable code, and a common platform approach that allowed systems to be deployed much more rapidly and consistently across manufacturing departments and factories.
I would bring Max in again for any company building a new factory that needed to establish a scalable SCADA platform capable of supporting multiple manufacturing departments. In fact, when I later considered joining another company that was preparing to build new battery factories, Max was one of the first people I thought of bringing in to help build that capability from the ground up. That probably says more about my confidence in his abilities than any recommendation I could write.
Max worked closely with our SCADA Development team from the Architecture to Programming levels and added a huge depth of experience and insight. His contribution was critical to the successful delivery of several high value projects. Max was easy to work with, very flexible, and highly valued by our entire team.
Max was engaged by Hanley Energy at a time when the company was committed to redeveloping and deploying an existing SCADA offering across multiple sites. His insight and innovation was essential in ensuring deadlines were met on time, every time. He is a creative, solutions-orientated engineer and was a welcome addition to our team.
We had great success with contracting SCADA Torch for industrial automation consultation and design work. Max is professional, and his described tasks are consistently completed on time and with detailed precision. His knowledge in complementary subjects has been essential for our collaboration to complete projects. Working alongside him has been a solid experience.
